CONDITION OF ITEM
We will not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered in any way (brushed, combed, picked, cut or washed, etc.). Tags must be attached and the original packaging must be fully intact. For individual extensions, none of the strands should be pulled out in any way.
If exchange item costs less than the returned item, the difference will be applied to store credit. The difference cannot be refunded. Exchange shipping costs will be applied.
FAILED DELIVERIES / REFUSED SHIPMENTS / INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS:
If a package is returned to us it may be reshipped by paying an additional shipping cost. If the package is returned and the customer does not authorize reshipment, they will be billed for the shipping and a 25% restock fee (minimum $10.00) will be charged. ! Due to problems with missing shipments, we ship all packages as SIGNATURE REQUIRED. FEDEX will have instructions to obtain a signature at the time of delivery. FEDEX will usually make three attempts to deliver your package. They may also leave a notice of their attempts to deliver at the delivery address and give you a telephone number to call for pick-up or to arrange an alternate delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for package pick-up if necessary. We cannot be responsible for any problems or additional costs if customer requests that the carrier delivers the item to an alternate location other than typed in the original shipping address. ! Your order will normally be shipped via FEDEX to the address you provide. Tracking numbers are normally sent to your email address as soon as the items has been shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number, please let us know. Use your FEDEX tracking number to track your package in transit. ! Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. FEDEX charges a service fee for address corrections. The customer will be responsible for the payment of additional fees caused by wrong address information. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED ON REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.
A restocking fee will not be charged if you decide to receive store credit towards your next purchase. Store credit must be used within 6 months of the issue date.
We assume that anyone using our products has enough knowledge and experience to use them properly. We are not responsible for results obtained through improper use. ! *We educate our clients on how to maintain their extensions, such as how to wash, brush, dry, and the use of correct treatments.
