Weave Got It! Signature was created for all the women who purchased hair that couldn’t be styled how they like. For all the women who have ever bought hair that shed’s all over the house, couldn’t be straightened and couldn’t hold a curl. Hair that tangled and ended up looking like a tumble weed after a few weeks. For all the women who received horrid customer service that resulted in a level of frustration that brought disappointment and tears as well as spending hundreds of dollars and being filled with regret.
Women purchase their extensions, pay a stylist to help install, color and or style their hair and then purchase multiple products to moisturize, clean and maintain it. A process we like to call a Hair & Beauty investment. Like any investment, there are steps that we’re all suppose to take before we decide to make one. For one, women need to be fully educated in their Hair & Beauty investment. All women need to understand how important it is to have high quality hair and have a professional install and style your hair. Lastly, to have the necessary products and tools to keep your hair feeling healthy, silky, smooth and looking beautiful.
As important this process is, there is still many women who don’t know where to buy quality hair in a market that’s saturated with cheap hair that looks horrid after a few weeks.
This problem needed a solution. I spent the last three years searching for hair that provides a solution. There are 5 key components all women need in their hair extensions. We have an acronym for those 5 key components, it’s called: S.A.V.E.D!
Our clients don’t care about product features or usability if a product fails to solve their problem. We only care about the problems that our clients need solved. We continuously strive to solve problems better than anyone else. As a result, we end up with a product our customers can’t live without.
With the internet, it’s not about location any longer. Now, it’s about Access. Weave Got It! Signature gives our clients Access at any given time what they want or need?
The key was to create a cross-channel presence with a product that considers our clients purchasing power. Our clients want our business to be accessible. They want to know that the word support is equivalent to having their backs. We achieve this by engaging with other clients on every platform available (social networks, email, personal calls and even in person visits).
