- NO CHILDREN ALLOWED IN SALON… UNLESS BEING SERVICED.
- Weave Got It!™ offers an Express Service system. In order to offer luxury service at an affordable price, you must come with your hair shampooed, blow-dried and two (2) packs of 100% human hair or two (2) bundles of 100% Virgin Hair of your choice. We guarantee no large gaps, lumps or bumps when your weave is installed.
- To make sure you have a great experience: Customers can be serviced via “Walk-In” or by scheduled appointment Tuesday thru Sunday, during regular business hours.
- Customers are allowed to check-in and leave the salon if there is a long wait. As a courtesy, a staff member will contact you at the number you have on file when your service time is approaching. Unfortunately, you will lose your turn if not back at the salon in a timely fashion. Especially, if there are several customer waiting to be serviced.
- If you need to leave the salon after your hair has been braided, a $25 deposit is required.
- At closing time all remaining customers waiting to be serviced must pre-pay for their services.
- All of you Weave Packages includes an installation up to two (2) packs or bundles of hair. However, there is an additional charge of $20 for each additional pack/bundle of hair in excess of two (2) packs or bundles of hair. This charge also applies for splitting tracks and re-using hair. Your stylist will notify you of this charge when you have your consultation (before starting your service).
- Weave Got It!™ is not liable for the following: scalp abrasions, scalp irritation or sores resulting from a sensitive scalp from allergic reaction to the weave addition and/or tension from the application of the weave.
- Weave Got It!™ is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items.
- No pets are allowed with the exception of sight-assisting animals for those who are visually impaired.
- Weave Got It!™ focuses on achieving 100% customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with our services, inform your stylist immediately BEFORE leaving the salon. We will do our best to correct any concerns you may have. Weave Got It!™ has a NO REFUND policy, so ask AS MANY QUESTIONS as you would like before starting your service.
