NO! We DO NOT allow children in the salon UNLESS THEY ARE BEING SERVICED.

Our Hair Salon is located in Janaf Shopping Ctr., 5802 E. Virginia Beach Blvd., Suite 122, Norfolk, VA 23502.
What are your hours of operation?
Weave Got It!™ is open 6 days a week. CLOSED on Monday.
- Tuesday – Thursday: 9am – 7pm
- Friday – Saturday: 8am – 8pm
- Sunday: 11am – 7pm
How long should I allocate for my services?
Weave Got It!™ is committed to providing efficient and timely service to all customers. Please allot approximately 2-3 hours for your services on appointment days.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Weave Got It!™ accepts Cash and Debit Credit cards (with a pin). We accept Paypal as well for online orders.
Is it true that your salon offers FREE Wi-Fi?
Yes. Weave Got It!™ offers complimentary Wi-Fi service, as well as a complimentary beverage to our customers.
Does Weave Got It!™ sell hair?
Yes. Weave Got It!™ does sell hair. Please call us (757) 961-6919 if you have any questions. Please feel free to conveniently order from us online.
What are the Patterns of our 100% Virgin Human Hair?
We sell Bundles, Lace Closures, Lace Frontals and 360° Frontals. Listed below are the names of our Bundled Hair:
- Asian Mink Straight
- Bohemian Curl
- Brazilian Beach Wave
- Caribbean Curly
- Pacific Swirl
Keep in mind that these curl patterns are available in Bundles, Closures and Frontals. It makes building a hair unit extremely easy.
If I decide to bring my own hair, what kind of hair shall I bring?
Please bring two (2) or more packs of 100% human hair or 100% Human Hair Bundles. If you will need more than that, your stylist will inform you of pricing beforehand.
Does it matter what kind of hair I bring?
No. As long as it’s 100% human hair, that would be fine. If you decide to bring synthetic hair, just know that very minimal styling can be done (as synthetic hair doesn’t hold heat).
Do you service women with natural hair also?
No. Weave Got It!™ is an Express Weave Service Salon that mainly focuses on weaving and extensions. We don’t have any shampoo bowls or use chemicals in our salon.
Can I make an appointment with a specific stylist?
Yes. You are able to make an appointment with a specific stylist during Tuesday thru Sunday during our normal business hours. However, if you’re a Walk-in, we cannot guarantee you will be serviced by the stylist you requested due to the express service we are providing. If you are a Walk-in and would like a specific stylist, the stylist will accept you. However, there will be a wait as the stylist must attend the appointment first.
What is the “walk-in” process?
Weave Got It!™ accepts Walk-ins on a “First-come-First-served” basis. In the event you may need to leave the salon, you will lose your turn, if you’re not present when it’s your turn to be serviced.
What should I bring with me to the salon?
You should bring (2-3) bundles of our 100% Virgin Human Hair. Also, feel free to bring your laptop, iPod, Android device or that book you haven’t quite gotten a chance to finish. You’ll be with us for a little while.
Am I allowed to leave the salon if it gets crowded or I have to run a quick errand?
Yes. Leaving the salon is permitted. However, if your hair is braided a $25 deposit is required on any service rendered.
My hair is short, will you be able to braid it?
You will have to come in for a consultation and speak with one of our experienced stylist and braiders. One of our experienced braiders will examine your hair and determine whether or not it can be braided. The consultation is FREE of charge.
How many different braiding patterns do you provide for Sew-Ins?
Weave Got It!™ has several different Signature braiding techniques and patterns. We will braid your hair in one of our braiding patterns to suite the desire style you are looking for, with no lumps and bumps.
Does my hair need to be relaxed before I get a sew-in?
We feel that is a personal preference but not necessary. We do not encourage you to perm your hair and have it totally braided afterwards (that will cause breakage). However, if you would like to perm the section of your hair that will be left out when getting a partial sew-in (while the rest of your hair is braided down) that is fine.
Are my Braids and Sew-In suppose to be tight?
Yes. Initially, your braids and sew-in will be tight. After some time, it will loosen because of growth.
